Comprei um produto, cujo código: 8197026877845706 ( toupee frontal para homem. Que não me foi entregue. Ao reclamar, a entregadora "Sheiklog Recife, me respondeu que o produto havia sido entregue com “sucesso”. me enviando um comprovante cujo código: CNBR00031268428 que não correspondia ao código de rastreio do produto que comprei. No que vocês não se deram nem ao trabalho de conferir os códigos, negando-me o reembolso. Fazendo-me procurar o PROCON, onde a advogada alegando “extravio de mercadoria” disse-me que esse valor era uma “ninharia” e que ela iria pagar na hora… não me dando o direito de escolher entre as opções: O recebimento obrigatório do produto comprado, caso não fosse possível, um outro produto de valor similar ou a desistência da compra mediante o reembolso. Só que não trata-se apenas de um “extravio” e sim de uma “falsidade ideológica”, já que a entregadora apresentou um “falso” comprovante alegando que eu o havia recebido, como consta nas provas obtidas, causando-me enorme constrangimento, mediante assédio moral, ao dizer-me que eu era “mentiroso”. Podendo até ser considerado um possível estelionato, tendo em vista que produzira um documento falso para obter vantagem material, já que o produto não foi “extraviado” mais sim “ter havido uma subtração” Uma vez, que ela alega que o produto fora “entregue com sucesso”. E na condição de parceira, e pela lei, solidária com a entregadora em questão, peço que entrem em contato com ela para que resolvamos essa questão amigavelmente. Antes que se torne uma ação judicial.
